About Brooks Duncan (@brooksduncan)

Hi there, thanks for checking out my Twitter profile.  Here’s a bit more information about me, in case you are interested.

As you’ve probably guessed, my name is Brooks Duncan. I live in Vancouver, BC Canada. I am married with two amazing boys that inspire and delight me daily (not so much in the middle of the night though).

My day job is at a large multinational corporation, but I most certainly do not speak on their behalf.  Anything you see here or on Twitter is my opinion, not theirs.

My Websites

Some websites that I have created for my interests are:

  • DocumentSnap – Going paperless and managing electronic information. I am a huge fan of the Fujitsu ScanSnap
  • DockedCruise – I started making little videos of the cruise ships that were docked at Canada Place in Vancouver and it  grew from there.
  • AskLocally – I started playing around with an Ask-Metafilter style site for the Vancouver area but I ran out of time to work on it. It was down for a while but it is back on autopilot
